Winter Indoor Training & Games 2021-2022
Indoor clinics are a combination of instruction and intramural small-sided games indoors on the turf at The Football Factory in Dumont, NJ. All skill levels are welcome. The objective is to teach youth players how to play the field effectively while using good stick skills. Clinics are taught by Alexandra Champ (NVD Girls' Head Lacrosse Coach), Bill Potkulski (Holy Angels Girls' Head Lacrosse Coach) and various assistant coaches. Very limited spots available. No sessions during December break or President's weekend.
Registration is OPEN! Winter sessions start Nov 8th.
You will need: All players need a valid US LACROSSE MEMBERSHIP NUMBER before registering. Membership must be valid through last clinic date. Girls must have a lacrosse stick, approved protective eyewear and mouthpiece. (K-2 clinic does not need protective equipment.) ALL PLAYERS MUST HAVE MASKS UPON ENTRY TO BUILDING.

Description:
Advanced players only. Games will take place either from 7-8pm or 8-9pm on Monday evenings. All high schools are welcome. Minimum of two years of full-field game play required to participate. You will need a girl's lacrosse stick, goggles, mouth guard, turf shoes/sneakers (no cleats) and your own water bottle. Pinny will be provided. We will do our best to add players from the same high school to the same team together. Beginners should register for the clinics listed above.
Refunds: Please note that Learn2Lax does not pro-rate nor offer refunds for missed days. We pay our coaches and field rentals based upon a set number of players who have registered for that program upon its commencement. We can not be responsible for every athlete's health and well-being when they are not on the lacrosse field, including Covid-19 exposure and infection, injuries on/off the field or scheduling conflicts. We do our best to reduce close contact between players within reason, however lacrosse is a contact sport, and there are inherent risks that come with participation. Upon registration for any of the Learn2Lax programs, you are agreeing to accept the risk that athletes may become ill, injured, have scheduling conflicts etc which may cause them to miss a day or more of the Learn2Lax program.
